Our HALAL Gelatin is a pure protein derived from hydrolysis of collagen inside bovine hides. It consists of 86 - 90 % protein, 10 - 12% water and max 2 % mineral salts and consists of a nutritional value of approximately 350 - 400 kcal in 100 grams. The most distinguishing property of gelatin is its thermo-reversibility as well as the ideal melting temperature. The product quality and the state-of-the-art production processes are closely monitored by extensive quality management programs (ISO 9001, BRC).
